Soft, delicate and beautifully golden, our Yellow Calendula dried edible flower petals bring a gentle splash of lemon-yellow colour to cakes, biscuits and desserts.

With their pretty, sunny hue, these petals are especially lovely scattered over buttercream, sprinkled across shortbread or used to decorate spring wedding cakes and cupcakes. They're perfect when you want a cheerful floral finishing touch without overpowering the rest of your design.

Grown on our certified organic farm in East Sussex, each calendula flower is carefully hand-picked and the petals gently separated by our team before being solar-dried within hours of harvest to preserve their natural colour.
