Shipping & Delivery

We grow, harvest, dry and pack our products here at Aweside Farm in East Sussex. Whether you're ordering a little colour for your baking or stocking up on your favourite herbs, we'll get your order packed up and on its way as quickly as we can.

Order processing & dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them, excluding bank holidays.

During our busier summer months, orders placed before 11am will often be dispatched the same day.

During winter, we generally make fewer trips to the Post Office, so orders may take a little longer to leave the farm. We'll always aim to get your order on its way within two working days.

You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

UK delivery options

We send our dried edible flowers, herbs and culinary powders using Royal Mail.

A little note about delivery times: These estimates apply from dispatch, not from the date you place your order. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guaranteed delivery services.

Need your order in a hurry?

Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for £13.00.

Orders must be placed before 11am on an eligible dispatch day for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be sent on our next available dispatch day.

If you need your order for a particular date, we recommend allowing a little extra time or contacting us before ordering.

Free UK delivery

Spend £40 or more and we'll send your order using Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no extra cost.

Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout on eligible orders.

Free collection from the farm

Live locally? You're welcome to collect your order directly from Aweside Farm in Arlington, East Sussex.

Simply select Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready.

Please wait for confirmation before travelling to the farm, as we're not open for general drop-in shopping.

Fresh edible flowers

Fresh edible flowers are available seasonally and can be arranged for collection directly from the farm.

As fresh flowers are harvested to order, availability and collection arrangements must be confirmed with us in advance.

International delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We're reviewing our international delivery arrangements and hope to offer overseas shipping again in the future.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

Tracking information can sometimes take a little while to update after your parcel has been collected.

Missing, delayed or damaged orders

We take great care packing your orders, but occasionally things go wrong in transit.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, or it arrives damaged, please email orders@awesidefarm.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem.

For damaged orders, photographs of the packaging and products are really helpful.

We'll investigate the issue and work with you to put things right. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes to your order

Need to change your delivery address or amend your order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@awesidefarm.co.uk.

We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched. Once a parcel is with Royal Mail, we may not be able to make changes to its delivery.
