A golden-hour blend that brings the beach club energy straight to your baking. Sundown Soirée is a vivid mix of blue cornflower, orange calendula, and yellow calendula petals – full of sunshine, sky, and that first-sip-of-Aperol feeling.

Each flower is grown on our certified organic farm in East Sussex, then hand-harvested and gently separated by our small team. Petals are dried within hours using solar-powered dehydrators to lock in their bold colours and keep them food-safe for everything from cakes to cheeses.

Whether you’re topping a tart or dazzling a grazing board, this blend brings a little bit of Mediterranean mischief to every dish.
