Fresh, familiar and properly minty — our everyday garden mint, transformed into an intensely aromatic powder...

Made from our garden mint grown on a 6x6m patch left to run wild. We gently dry it over the course of 24 hours in our solar powder dehydrators and finely mill it to preserve its distinctive fresh mint character.

A versatile little ingredient for baking, desserts, drinks and savoury dishes. Use it wherever you'd normally reach for fresh mint, but in a concentrated, easy-to-use form.

Try it in chocolate, biscuits, icing, sugar, yoghurt, drinks or sprinkled over fresh peas and potatoes.

Try it: Stir through icing sugar for a simple minty glaze, blend into chocolate or sprinkle over buttery new potatoes.
