Our certified organic garden mint powder is made from mint grown on our 6x6m patch, which we've happily left to run wild. We gently dry it over 24 hours in our solar-powered dehydrators, then finely mill it to preserve its distinctive fresh mint character.

A versatile little ingredient for baking, desserts, drinks and savoury dishes. Use it wherever you'd normally reach for fresh mint, but in a concentrated, easy-to-use form.

Try it in chocolate, biscuits, icing, sugar, yoghurt, drinks or sprinkled over fresh peas and potatoes.

Try it: Stir through icing sugar for a simple minty glaze, blend into chocolate or sprinkle over buttery new potatoes.
