So when I put together a blend of rich claret and bold blue cornflower petals, there was never really any debate about what to call it. After my stepdad, Keith.
Each petal is hand-harvested on our certified organic farm in East Sussex and dried within hours using solar-powered dehydrators, preserving their vibrant colour and making them ready to add a striking finish to cakes, cocktails and desserts.
