Perfect for adding a burst of mint to sweet and savoury dishes, from chocolate and baking to drinks, yoghurt and Middle Eastern-inspired dishes.

Use it as a finishing powder, stir it through sugar, blend it into drinks or experiment with it wherever you want a hit of fresh mint without reaching for a handful of leaves.
