Some days just need a little extra sunshine. Sunny Sky brings together beautiful blue cornflower petals and golden calendula for a cheerful dried edible flower mix that looks like a summer's day.

Scatter these colourful petals over buttercream, brighten up a batch of biscuits or add a little floral magic to cakes, chocolates and cocktails. The combination of blue and yellow is especially lovely for summer celebrations, garden parties and bakes that could do with a splash of colour.

Our flowers are grown on our certified organic farm in East Sussex, where we share our 4.5 acres with plenty of local wildlife. Each bloom is carefully hand-picked and solar-dried, helping preserve the beautiful colours that nature gave us.
